Allen Yao is an Investor at HOF Capital, where he focuses on growth-stage technology investing. In addition to private investments, he also helps oversee the firm's crossover initiatives, supporting portfolio companies as they transition into the public markets.
Before HOF, Allen worked at Bank of America within the firm's Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking group. Previously, he led growth at AfterQuery (W25) and Anara (S24).
Allen holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance and Management.
