Mark leads tax at HOF Capital, advising on the domestic and international tax matters that arise across the firm, its funds, and its investors. He brings more than 25 years of experience in US, UK, and cross-border taxation, with a particular focus on families, their businesses, and the structures that hold their investments.
Mark spent 19 years in public accounting at PwC, Baker Tilly, and EY, where he advised high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and family offices on US, UK, and international tax. He then moved in-house, focusing on tax for the Dalio Family Office at Bridgewater Associates, before serving as CFO of the personal assets department of a family office.
Mark is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a US CPA.
