Rachel Dalal is a Legal Operations Associate at HOF Capital, where she works across legal, investor relations, and operations teams to support the firm's fund operations and legal workflows. Prior to joining HOF Capital, Rachel was an Investment Funds Paralegal at Linklaters, where she managed investor onboarding end to end and supported fund managers and investors through fundraising and legal closings, including reviewing and drafting subscription documents and regulatory filings. Earlier at Linklaters, she was an Antitrust and Foreign Investment Paralegal, handling merger control filings, competition analysis, and discovery document review for antitrust litigation.
Rachel holds a B.A. in Political Science from the City College of New York and began her career as a Litigation Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
