Rebecca Chia is Head of Capital Formation at HOF Capital.
Prior to joining HOF, Rebecca was the Head of Capital Partnerships at Avala Global. Previously, Rebecca was Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Atalaya Capital Management, an alternative credit manager that was acquired by Blue Owl Capital Inc. (NYSE: OWL). Before Atalaya, she was Head of Marketing at Third Point LLC. Rebecca began her career in business development at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where she served as Head of Asia-Pacific Sales and Client Service, and prior to that, US Sales and Client Service and Product Specialist. She started her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Rebecca holds a B.S. in Economics and Journalism from Northwestern University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). She is active in the Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM), a non-profit organization, where she leads the New York City chapter.
